Until now, we have focused on optimism, but it is important to remember that feelings such as jealousy, envy, pessimism, and insecurity are part of the human experience. By recognizing these emotions, we can foster a deeper understanding and bring balance to our journey toward Mindfulness Intuition. It is essential to address negative experiences to achieve this balance.
